Nazli Saatcioglu is a 23-year-old Turkish filmmaker pursuing an MA in Media Studies at The New School. As a fellow with New Historia, affiliated with The New School’s School of Public Engagement, she combines research-based knowledge with media to create a tangible impact. Outside her academic pursuits, Nazli works on independent films as Director, Producer, Director of Photography, and Editor. Nazli remains dedicated to storytelling that refrains from traditional resolutions and hero/antagonist roles, delving into the complexities of human interrelations.
